Myrna Zarya is a belly dancer based in Des Moines, Iowa. Myrna began studying belly dance in 2000 and began performing in 2001. Prior to belly dance Myrna had also studied Polynesian and Latin Dance. Myrna finds dance a fascinating way to learn more about other cultures, and enjoys Middle Eastern Dance because of the diversity and challenge it offers. Myrna offers classes through the Johnston adult education program. Myrna is also available to perform for celebrations such as weddings, retirements, birthdays, baby showers, etc.
